Shipping Information

Bussian Pty Ltd T/A My Luxeve packages each order with care. All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia on business days via tracked Australia Post.

  • No tracking is provided if an email address is not supplied at checkout.

  • We take no responsibility if a parcel is marked as ‘Delivered’ but has not been received. In such cases, it is your responsibility to follow up with the delivery service using the tracking details we have provided.

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions when placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Bussian Pty Ltd T/A My Luxeve is not liable.

Once an order has been received, we cannot make changes, including:

  • Updating personal details

  • Changing or modifying products purchased

  • Combining orders

  • Refunding shipping costs

  • Changing the shipping type selected

  • Adding discount codes

To provide the best options for our customers, we offer:

  • $11.95 flat rate shipping Australia-wide

  • Express shipping available at checkout

  • FREE shipping on orders over $150 within Australia

  • Tracking is provided for all shipments where an email address is given

  • We cannot guarantee delivery times

Local Pickup

We offer FREE local pickup in Mountain Creek, 4557 QLD. If you would like to collect your order, please select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

As this is a home business, pickups are by arrangement only. Please do not turn up unannounced—you must contact us first to schedule a suitable pickup time.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

If your item hasn’t been delivered as expected, and you’re concerned that it’s missing or delayed, Australia Post provides guidance and tracking support.

If you are unable to locate your package, please complete a missing package form using your tracking number.

If you have lost your tracking number, send us an email, and we will gladly assist you.

Returns & Exchanges

All freight costs for returns and exchanges (excluding faulty products) will be at the customer’s expense.
