Returns and Exchanges Policy

Please read carefully our Returns and Exchanges Terms and Conditions to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing items from our website. Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute the agreement between Bussian Pty Ltd T/A My Luxeve and you, the customer.

1. Non-Personalised Products

If you change your mind and want to return your order, it must be unused and in its original condition, with the original packaging and tags attached. We will refund the cost of the goods. Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

To return an order, you must contact us within 5 business days with the following details:

  • Your name

  • Your order number

  • The product name

  • The reason for return

Bussian Pty Ltd T/A My Luxeve will then provide a written authorisation for the return along with return postage details.

Once we assess the condition of the returned order and approve the refund, you will receive an email confirming that your refund has been processed. Refunds are generally issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned products and will be processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

2. Personalised Products

We do not accept returns on personalised products for change of mind. If there is an error with your order, please contact us within 5 business days, and we will work to resolve the issue.

3. Sale Products

All sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

4. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order. We will arrange for the damaged item(s) to be replaced.

5. Faulty Products

We carefully source all materials and inspect every product before packaging. However, if you believe a product is faulty, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your goods.
