My Luxeve Pty Ltd packages each order with care. All orders are shipped from Brisbane, Australia on business days via tracked Australia Post. We take no responsibility in the event that a parcel is not received if it has been scanned as ‘Delivered’ and in this event, it will be your responsibility to follow up with the delivery service using the tracking details we have provided.

It is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, My Luxeve Pty Ltd is not liable. We are not able to make changes once an order has been received. This includes personal details, products purchased, combining orders, refunding shipping costs, changing shipping type selected and adding discount codes.

To give the best options for our customers we have $8.95 flat rate shipping for all of Australia. For those who would like their products right away and as quick as possible, you have the option to select express shipping at checkout. For those whose order is over $150, your shipping is FREE! All shipping comes with tracking provided. We cannot guarantee delivery times.

We have FREE local pickup available in Bulimba, 4171 Qld. Please select “Local Pickup” at checkout.

Lost or delayed item delivery, we hope that it is something simple. If your item hasn’t been delivered as expected, and you’re concerned that it’s missing or lost, Australia Post has a list of things to check and information to assist.  Still not able to track down your package, complete a missing package form using your tracking number. Lost your tracking number, send us an email and we will gladly help you find it.

All freight costs for returns and exchanges (excluding faulty products) will be at the customer’s expense.

We currently post items to our wonderful customers over in New Zealand. 

With the current situation happening around the world right now, postage issues and requirements by governments have made customer orders on occasions to be delayed. Please contact us at hello@myluxeve.com to discuss.

We are always working hard to fulfil your orders and most orders are dispatched within 1 – 2 business days.  Large personalised orders may take a bit longer due to the amount of work require for personalisation. Please choose express shipping if you require a product urgently.

During a sale period, there may be slight delays along with personalised items. 

Personal tracking details and tacking link will be emailed to you as soon as your order is completed.
