Returns and Exchanges
Please read carefully our Returns and Exchanges Terms and Conditions to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing items from our website. Your order signifies your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, which constitute the agreement between My Luxeve Pty Ltd and you, the customer.
1. Non-personalised products
If you change your mind and want to return your order, it must be unused and in its original condition with the original packaging and tags attached and we will refund your cost of goods. Please be aware, the cost of shipping is at the expense of the customer. To return an order, you must contact us within 5 business days with the following details: your name, order number, product name, and reason for return. My Luxeve Pty Ltd will then give you a written authorisation to return your package with return postage details.
After assessing the condition of the returned order and if your refund is approved, we will send you an email confirming that your refund has been issued. Refunds will generally be processed within 7 business days of our receipt of returned products. All refunds will be issued via the same payment method used to make the purchase.
2. Sale Products
Any items purchased during a sale are final and no returns/exchanges are accepted.
3. Damaged products
If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we will make arrangements to resend the damaged item/s to you.
4. Faulty products
We source all materials and check each product carefully before packaging. If you believe the product is faulty, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving goods.
Return and Exchange FAQ's
We package each order very carefully so we are sorry to hear there has been damage. Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your order and we can make arrangements to complete a claim with Australia Post and resend any damaged items to you.
All items purchased on Sale or with a Promotional Code are final sale. The customer is responsible for knowing the policies of their individual stores and may not be eligible for return, exchange, store credit as a result of those rules.
We’re here to make sure you get your order in perfect condition. If an item arrives damaged, just contact us within 5 business days of receiving it and we will take care everything from there!
Currently we do not accept Returns for international orders at this time.
